Surrogate Qualifications

Be between the ages of 21 and 42

Live in a surrogate friendly state

Be in good health with a BMI of 30 or below

Be a non-smoker living in a smoke-free environment. No prior or current illegal drug use. 

Be willing to abstain from alcohol and limit caffeine intake during pregnancy.

No criminal history for both you and your spouse/partner and able to pass a psychological evaluation.

Be financially stable and in a safe home environment (cannot be receiving any government assistance)

Have successfully carried at least one child that you are currently parenting.

Must provide OB/GYN records.

Must agree to a home visit with all persons and pets currently residing in the home.

Have a history of full-term, healthy pregnancies.
